Dilemma regarding approval of I-130 petition

I have a bit of a dilemma regarding an approval for my I-130 petition.

My I-130 petition was approved on May 15th. Problem – My son’s has not been approved yet (He’s 15 years old). I would prefer to go down the K3 path, as he would be included on my K3.

I don’t have any issues with continuing on with the IR1/CR1, however, until my son’s petition has been approved … an approval for just myself may as well be no approval at all. Here’s hoping the K3 will get approved soon. In the meantime, does anybody have any suggestions?
