Who has actually gotten their NOA1?

Hi All! So, my husband and I filed in November and USCIS claims that they sent the letter November 15th.  When we first called on December 18th to get our receipt number, a Tier 2 officer informed us that the letter had not been sent and there were no biometric appointments coming up etc.  We went away for the holidays and when we returned, still no NOA1.  So we called January 8th, they claimed the letter had been sent and they made a request to possibly resend the letter.

Apparently, they may or may not resend the letter.  It's not guaranteed, and depends on whether or not the post office returns the letter to their office.  The only other option is to schedule an info pass appointment, but I'm unclear when an appointment will be opened up and how long of a wait that is.

I know a lot of people have been waiting and waiting for their NOA1, so who has actually received one?  How quickly did you receive it?  Was yours lost as well, and how did you get it?
