Question about how many 134 forms

I received 2 sets of packet 4 forms yesturday. Each set has 3 copies of form 179, form 156 & form 134. I am bringing my fiance and her two children to the U.S. Do I need to fill out all 6 134 forms, and what about the other forms? Does she already have these forms or are these new forms that all need to be filled out? Please respond quickly if you have tha answers to these questions because I am leaving for Peru tomorrow and the interview is Thursday.

06-07-2007 Visa Received

06-27-2007 She comes to the US

07-21-2007 WE MARRY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
