N400 Question: Your name exactly as it appears on PR card

Could please anybody clarify this? In my GC front side my Given Name is "ABC DEF G" but my actually given name is "ABD DEF GHI" this was correctly printed in back side of bottom of my GC card. I asked uscis this when i got my GC and they said that not have had enough room to put all your names on the PR card. 

For my N400 application, I put front side of my GC Name and submitted yesterday. will this be an issue? I need my full Legal Name in citizen certificate.

In my SSN and License and Birth certificate everything have complete given name existed. 

 

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
