Infopass appointment issue PLEASE HELP

Hey everyone

I’m trying to get an infopass appointment in CA to get my I551 stamp as I have an family emergency and have to leave the country next Tuesday. I called the USCIS number this Monday and the representative said someone would call me in 48 hours to get the appointment set. But no one contacted me as 48 hours passed and I have to call USCIS again today, and the rep told me she didn’t found any record of request in her system??? She said she has to put a new record and now I will have to wait another 72 hour for someone to call me...

And meanwhile I tried to make appointment online for the San Diego office as it is the only office that open appointments online. The problem is, I’m able to see new slots open at midnight, but after I put in my info and hit the ‘confirm the appointment’ button, the pages said ‘there was an issue with the request, please try again.’ I tried three different browsers for three days now but all were the same.

Does anyone have the same issue recently??? Or what should I do to get an stamp for travel as soon as possible? Please help! Thanks!!!
