I'm curious if anyone has done DCF for a Kenyan spouse? I have already lived in Kenya for 10 months and am back in US now. Am wondering if I would need to move back to Kenya and obtain residency to apply for DCF or if my previous time in Kenya would be considered

I have seen some post about DCF in Kenya. You can use the search bar on the right hand side and try to look them up. You would have to be in Kenya to do DCF. DCF cannot be done in the United States, and you would need to move back to Kenya and establish residence.
