Does anyone know how long it generally takes to receive a letter from the US Embassy in Santo Domingo via mail. I was informed a letter is being sent to me even though I have it listed as preference is via email. I am not sure what the letter is - if it is our packet 3 or our appointment reminder for our interview that is scheduled on the 3rd. Any help is appreciated

I never received anything by mail from the embassy. They only responded to me by email.

thank you- I ended up getting a letter in the mail but it was just stating to schedule our interview which we already have done.

We also are waiting for the interview letter for Santo Domingo. We have not received the letter in the mail and no email. Is it ok to simply call the Embassy to schedule the interview? What phone number do we call? What about the the Medical Exams? Can we schedule those now also? Your help is appreciated!
