130: Non-roman characters in name, but no foreign address

My wife is on an F1 visa and seeking AOS. I'm working on the section of I-130 that says, if the beneficiary's language doesn't use roman characters, provide their name and foreign address in the original language. Vietnamese has some non-roman elements, so I'm putting her name in the original language. However, she lives with me in the US. I feel like the point of this section is to mail her things overseas, but she is unable to receive mail overseas. So it seems irrelevant.

My current strategy is to list her name in the traditional characters, put "N/A" for her foreign address, and explain the situation in the Additional Information section. Does this seem OK?

If I must include a foreign address, should I include her most recent foreign mailing address (which is in Singapore, not her country of citizenship, and uses only Roman characters)? Or should I include a family address in Vietnam? Again, she doesn't actually live in either of these places and won't receive mail that goes to either place.
