Interview to visa received

Hey,

My fiance had her interview on 24 October and was approved. She had all the docs and medical stuff approved. The CO said the visa would be ready within 2 weeks. She chose to get it delivered to the drop off point. The Monday after (29th) the CEAC status changed to "Issued" before being changed back to "Administrative Processing" on the 30th. It's been in that status since. It'll be 2 weeks tomorrow since she's been approved, but I'm worried since reading some of the other posts here, we're behind schedule. She hasn't received an email or text with anything. Another reason I'm worried is that they've bungled our case before, which added an extra 2 months.

Am I worried over nothing? It's been about a week since the status change on the 30th, but most posts have people seeing delivery information within a few days.

Thanks all!
