Hello everyone,

I have 3 cases at NVC (my wife, stepdaughter and stepson). My stepchildren cases have already completed the NVC stage and are in cue for Rio de Janeiro interview date. However, my wife's case is stalled since the affidavit of support fee that I payed under my stepdaughter's NVC case did not transfer to my wife's case (although it did transfer fine into my stepson's NVC case). I called my times and I even called called back by an agent who said she was going to fix it (this was October 12) and until now if shows the same thing "processing" for the fee and so I cannot upload the documents. I have uploaded them under civil documents with a letter explaining why I did so, but I am not counting on them to accept it.

Is there anything else I can do?
