L2 EAD RFE

Hi, I am on L2 Dependent Visa and applied for EAD in california center. I have received a mail to submit additional below documents.


1) Principal's Current i 797 approval notice for form i 129 - Do I need to submit both i-797 and i-129 form 
2) Employees Current Pay Records - 
3) Employment Verification Letter - 
4) Federal Income tax Returns - We have moved to US in July 2018- we do not have any paper work for tax returns
5)W2s - We have moved to US in July 2018 -  we do not have any paper work for tax returns

 

Please suggest me for the last two points specifically if anyone has faced the similar scenario.
