L1B AOS Drink driving in UK

Hoping someone has a vague answer to this. Currently on L1B visa. I-140 has been approved, just about to submit I-485 and EAD/AP application. Medicals done etc. I have an attorney who is dealing with this but they are obviously employed to put this through by my employer so he sort of has conflicting interests as I am not paying him. Anyway here is the situation:

In 2004 in the UK I was convicted of drink driving. There were aggravating factors in that it was my friends dads car and I crashed it. I also did not have a full license at the time. I was given community service (130 hours) and fined. Fine paid and community service done. This was all years ago and naturally firmly in the past. It was not an issue when I had the interview in the London Embassy for L1B... it wasn't even brought up. I declared it obviously and took the criminal records from the police etc.

Is it likely to be a problem for AOS? I'm reading conflicting views. I'm thinking length of time, the fact I've never hidden it, lived in the US for 4 years, wasn't an issue at L1B etc. that it will be fine? Any thoughts would be great. Surely if it was a problem I wouldn't have been allowed an L1B?
