My husband went for a second health physical on his 601 yesterday, when he went to pick up the results, they told him that they had mailed them directly to the consulate.  He did not have an interview today because he was only having the physical.  The last time we went in 2015, they done the same thing they sent his papers directly to the consulate and he got a denial on the process.  Is this a bad sign that they didn't give him any results of the test and they mailed them or is it because he didn't have an exam date and they just sent the papers on to the consulate.
