Hi,

I’m currently preparing the AOS papers, filing from a k1 Visa.

I just want to double-check that I’m understanding the procedure regarding the DS3025/I-693 correctly.

I did my medical examination in March 2018 and my corresponding DS3025 form mentions “Immigrant Visa completed vaccination requirements”. Is it correct to understand that I only need to submit a copy of this DS3025 form for the AOS procedure and hence don’t need to file form i-693?

On a parallel note, I did not have the chest x-ray done when I had my medical examination because I had given birth just a few days before. The approved physician mentioned in this case it’s not necessary and instead performed a blood test.

Should I have the chest xray done by a CS in the USA to make sure my medical examination is complete and I dont get any delays in my AOS application?

Thank you
