The cut-off date is 27 August 2011(F2B).

At this time visa bulletin is on 15 august and what do ya think in July I’ll get interview letter? Or I must wait aproximately 2 month before I get IL?

You can get your answer by calling NVC by Friday Jun 29, or Monday July 2 (NVC does not work on Saturday and Sunday).

They will begin sending interview letter on July 1.

 

But recently, some cases only got their IL before the interview 30 days (which mean they got their IL on May 24 for the interview on Jun 27). So the best way is calling NVC to get a straight answer.
