Naturalization - Second Interview

Hi,

Recently my wife and I went to naturalization interview and i have obtained the GC based on employment. She went first and passed the test and got letter for oath ceremony. I went next and passed the civics/english test. He went thru the N400 form and made few corrections like latest designation etc., One thing I missed was the tickets i received and when i mentioned that i have got speeding ticket, he updated the same and finally got signature in separate form accepting the changes. Then he mentioned that he is awaiting for some information and hence he cannot make a decision now. He went back and got back the oath letter frommy wife as well mentioning we need to go together to the oath ceremony.

 

Two days after i got notification that a second interview will be scheduled. I am yet to get the letter on the second interview schedule or details.

 

Is this normal or any thoughts/pointers about what could cause another interview?

Perhaps to make sure everything is updated to include the stuff you omitted the first go around...

Other than that no clue
