Filed my N-400 in June and did biometrics in July, on August the status changed to "On August 11, 2017, we started the interview scheduling process for your Form N-400, Application for Naturalization" and no updates since...
How much longer will this take? It's been 9 months since the last update!!

This is too long of a wait. There are many ways people have done to get on with L2 officer or go for an infopass. 1 yr 5 months is definitely unusual per the processing times. Did you try for an infopass.. if you are inline technically means your file has reached to your local office or so. Making constant info passes might speed up the case and get you something out of it. Some folks tried to reach their representatives or senator office for help and it worked in their favor. So yes it's time to get there if it's been more than a year and few months. You can go over some of the folks have gone at large to get their citizenship. so making few info passes might help. again I am not an expert in this since i never needed to do any but my timeline was about 10 months all together from start to finish in NYC.
