Hello everyone,

I used this site many years ago to immigrate here.  Now it's time to renew my Permanent Resident card.  I hope some one can help me because when I called USCIS help line, they couldn't give me an answer.

On the I-90 form, Part 3 Processing Information,  The first question is:  Location where you applied for an immigrant visa or adjustment of status.  I am assuming they want were I mailed my adjustment of status which would be Texas Service Center.

The 2nd question is:  Location where your immigrant visa was issued or USCIS office where you were granted adjustment of status.  Now if I remember correctly my paper work was sent to Texas but my interview was in Milwaukee so I'm not sure where I was granted adjustment of status.

Anyone here that has filed a form I-90 with an answer

Thanks for advice.
