Lost RFE .... Please advise!!

Hello Everyone!

 

I am a March filer and did not have a chance to sign up to say hi until now.

 

There is a problem with my case and I am feeling very hopeless ...

So on 03/30, my case status showed that an Initial Evidence Notice was mailed to me but I have not received anything till now

On 04/13, I created a Service Request 

On 04/14, I called USCIS and spoke with a Tier 2 officer who was very nice and told me that he had assigned my request for processing and I should receive a duplicate mailed to me this week. 

And I waited till today and I have not received neither the original notice nor the duplicate. I called again this morning and spoke with a different tier 2 officer and she told a totally different thing. She said that my service request has not been assigned to process yet and all I can do is to wait till next week. 

The sad thing is that they do not have my RFE in the system so they cannot fax it to me. I do not understand what's going on and what I should do now  

 

I am feeling so hopeless ... I have an infopass appointment next week but I am not sure if they can give me a better answer or will they tell me the same thing  which is to wait longer ...

 

If anyone can give me any advice, it will be much appreciated....
