Hi there

Filling out the Form I-485, have a couple questions. Thanks

Part 1, #24

What is your current immigration status (if it has changed since your arrival)?

~Is this still K1 Visa? or has it changed? or do we leave it blank? Came in on K1 Visa...

Part 2, #2

Are you applying for adjustment based on the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA) section 245 (i)?

~Yes/No question. I have no idea what this is.

Thanks those are the biggest concerns regarding I-485. Thank you!

Part 1: I put K1 visa, my visa was unexpired when I filed.

Part 2: I answered no if memory serves. As long as you’re still within your visa and married you are able to change status without the 245 supplement. Always check the instructions yourself however.
