I recieved my WL for my Duaghter and her family, I have not logged on to the CEAC site yet to pay the AOS as my Son-in-Law is now having second thoughts as to whether or not he wants to make the move, they have asked me to give them some time to digest this and make a decision, I know it said on the WL letter that I have 1 year to apply but should I at least go on and pay the AOS fee so they know I am not ignoring the notice, or is it safe to wait?  PD is 24 Jan 2006 F3
