We just send all documents required and now are waiting for NOA1.

We are on the road! :)

I would like to know if there is anyone from SP. I couldn't find any timeline for it, or any member.

Oct 05, 2006 - NOA2 - APPROVED after 122 days

Dec 05, 2006 - Received Packet 3 from Consulate

Dec 11, 2006 - Medical Examination in Belo Horizonte

Jan 10, 2007 - Returned Packet #3 to Consulate (SEDEX-10)

Mar 13, 2007 - INTERVIEW SUCCESS! We have our K-1 VISA !!

POE & Texas Wedding

Mar 27, 2007 - POE Houston, TX. No questions. Gone in 10 minutes.

Mar 28, 2007 - Marriage License app

April 4, 2007 - Our Wedding Day!

April 12, 2007 - Apply for SS card with married name

April 20, 2007 - Received SS card

AOS

June 4, 2007 - Mailed AOS

June 6, 2007 - USCIS received

June 11, 2007 - NOA1 for I-485

July 18, 2007 - Biometrics completed

July 20, 2007 - Case transferred from MSC to CSC

July 31, 2007 - AOS Approved - 57 days - Without an Interview!

Aug 06, 2007 - Received Green Card in the mail today!

Jan 8, 2009 @ 8:18PM - Our son was born tonight !!

I-751 - Remove Conditions

July 11, 2009 - Certified Mail to VSC I-751 Package

July 14, 2009 - Check cleared bank

July 20, 2009 - NOA1 & 1 yr extension - Receipt date is July 14. Case# assigned

Sept 1, 2009 - Biometrics completed

Nov 25, 2009 - I-751 is approved. No Interview.

Dec 14, 2009 - 10yr Green Card arrived !

My husband is from Manaus. I don't know if there are any paulistas...maybe a few.

11/2004 - Met in Brazil

09/2006 - Apply for K1

03/2007 - K1 approved

04/2007 - Apply for AOS & EAD

07/2007 - EAD approved

01/2008 - Conditional Residency approved

11/2009 - Apply to remove conditions

02/2010 - Permanent Residency approved

11/2010 - Apply for Citizenship

03/2011 - Citizenship approved

07/2011 - Moved back to Brazil

Hello Clau tudo bem?

Olha nao sou de SP, sou gaucha, mas estou no mesmo barco que vc e como posso ver mais ou menos na mesma epoca de vcs, pois estamos esperando o NOA1 do I-130 que foi enviado am Apr, 20...Ultimamente como podemos ver esta muito lento o procedimento.

Bom desejo boa sorte a vcs!!!

Dec 03, 2007 - DS3032/AOS fee generated

Dec 04, 2007 - DS3032 sent by email

Dec 04, 2007 - AOS fee bill (self created by Jame's shortcut) sent

Dec 05, 2007 - Aos fee processed

Dec 03, 2007 - I-864 + IV bill generated

Dec 11, 2007 - I-864 package sent

Dec 13, 2007 - IV bill sent

Feb 22, 2008 - interview WAIVER required

Lima/Peru WAIVER

Mar 12, 2008 - waier delivered at RIO w/ interview

Sep 01, 2008 - waiver approved

Oct 14, 2008 - Rio interview to get the visa (wrong date)

Nov 19, 2008 - Got the visa again with the right date finally

Nov 25, 2008 - arrived in MY HOUSE....umbelivable....i'have no words for the moment...it's tooo go good to be true.

Dec 03, 2008 - Got my social security

Dec 17, 2008 - Got my GREEN CARD....yuhuuuuuu....

ALHAMDULILLAH!!!!

Mas no caso da Rosana (e no meu tb) teve toda aquela bagunca por causa do tal do IMBRA.

It will only be slightly over 6 months for my SO and I. His interview is on 7/24/07. Our NOA1 date was 1/16/07.

10/24/07: USCIS receives I-485/I-131/I-765

11/1/07: NOA date for I-485/I-765/I-131

11/2/07: Checks cashed

12/7/07: Biometrics

12/19/07: EAD/AP Approved (card production ordered)

12/26/07: AP docs received in the mail

12/31/07: Received EAD card in the mail

01/30/08: AOS interview

01/30/08: AOS approved!!!!!!!!!!!!

02/11/08: Greencard received in the mail

Removal of Conditions

11/09/09: Mailed I-751

12/11/09: Biometrics

12/22/09: Card production ordered

Gostaria de opiniao e do esclarecimento de vcs por favor para K-3 Visa

Tenho meu processo I-130 na California desde Maio/2007 mandei o I-129F para Nebraska a apenas uma semana, gostaria de saber se posso mudar meu processo para DCF ou tenho mesmo que esperar o K-3. Meu marido ja esta aqui a mais de 6 meses agora.

2007/05/03 - NOA1

2007/07/16 - I -130 RFE email waiting for the letter.

2007/09/18 - They sent a new letter as we did not get the first one ...... praying to get it as soon as possible !! Please.

2007/09/26 - Got the letter .. long history .. Docs Sent .. Thanks GOD and all my VJ`S friends

2007/09/29 - RFE Docs arrived there ... nightmare over !

2007/10/03 - Touched .. DID THEY FIND MY RFE DOCS ? I REALLY HOPE THEY DID.

2007/10/05 - Touched... They got the docs for sure .. We got a email .. ok everything is fine ..

2007/10/09 - Touched .. Now we are talking
