Update:

------------

While scheduling the online interview the option was given to select Loomis, Richmond as courier pickup location, but after the interview I realized that US Consulate Vancouver no longer uses Loomis courier service and uses Canada post to return the passport.

Log back into https://ais.usvisa-info.com/en-ca/niv to change to Canada Post. There you will have the option to either choose Pickup at the post office or Home/Office delivery by paying $20 additional.

I received the tracking # on Mar 8th , waiting for the passport to shows up.

Mar 9th - Finally passport in hand. From my experience I would say keep a minimum 8 working days planning for yr Visa processing.
