Dear Friends,

I wonder if there is any k-3 visa holders who applied for EAD card and did not recevied it within 90 days?

How is the interim-EAD process at the local USCIS office? Do they give the card on the day of the appointment? I appreciate any comments. Thank you.

interim ead's are really a defunct option, they will not give you one at the appt. if you are over 90 days, make an infopass appt, and they will either send a request in to MSC/NBC for status on your application, or they will send in a request for the interim (interims now come from MSC/NBC).

Thank you. This 90 days is the date from the receipt notice?
