I'm 25 and i've finally decided to submit form N-600. Here's the evidence i've submitted.

My birth Certificate

Parents Marriage Certificate

Copy of my US Passport

Copy of my Fathers US Passport

Affidavit in lieu of Father Birth Certificate

He can't seem to find his Certificate of Naturalization and has no interest in getting a new one. I got the C Number through an info pass appointment. Also I surrendered my Green Card back when I was a child when I received my passport. Do you think this will suffice?

I personally think you'll need your father's certificate of naturalization, to prove how he obtained his citizenship. During my process of green card and citizen application (applying through spouse), they always ask you how your spouse got his/her citizenship, if by birth, they request birth certificate, and if by naturalization, they request certificate of naturalization.

This may not apply on your case, but it's very likely they'd request to see your father's naturalization certificate, since that's the reason why he's a citizen and you're a citizen....

I went for an info pass apointment and they told me since my case is he being handled by the same office that gave citizenship to my father I should be ok. They have a record in their computer system of the year he was naturalized.

That's great! Hope everything goes smoothly from here!
