You're going to have to pretty much expect a year or more for ROC at this point. It's getting worse, and I've heard some have been able to file citizenship while still waiting..

We are expecting 1 year, although VSC seems to be 11 months at the moment.

We will inquiry with our Congressman once our date passes the date on the USCIS website. It’s worth a shot.

We’re in no rush in applying for citizenship, so we’ll just do so soon after we receive the 10-year GC.

Hi CharlieTanger

Did you contact the congressman regarding your case? I am Sept 2016 I-751 CSC filer, and my case has been out of the normal processing window for two weeks. Filed e-request and no responses yet. I hope that CSC can either send me RFE quick or schedule an interview soon, but I don't want to wait another 6 months for their interview (I saw a filer who filed in June 2016 is still waiting for her interview appointment schedule). If it's helpful through congressman, I would do the same. Thanks for your response.

I have not and I won't until at least October/November of this year.  It worked with my K-1 Visa process - so I figured why not give it a shot. Best of luck!
