I came to the country without inspection ๐Ÿ˜ฉ. I was granted a PIP ( Parole in Place ) through my husband, he is a veteran. Then I got my green card in 2014. On the N-400 Part 12, #22: Have you EVER committed, assisted in committing, or attempted to commit, a crime or offense for which you were NOT arrested,ย  my husband said yes and explained that I got an approved PIP . Sould I be nervous about my entry without inspection on the day of my citizenship interview? He said that I'm too anxious for nothing..ย

What your thoughts?ย

you should disclose YES in this question and upload sufficient supporting documents/evidences related. ย

you should be honest and calm during the interview. This should not be a reason if your application are denied.

Thank you for responding... My husband did an awesome package. He provided all the approval documents. He said to me, you have to say yes, honestly is the key when you are talking to an Immigration officer. I'm calm now!๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ˜‚

Thanks again!
