Question about supporting evidence

Hi, I am writing this because I don't want to get in trouble so I want to ask.

 

My wife and I have a copy of our bank contract, showing that we have an account together.  I have to send a copy of it but the problem is our copy does not have our signatures on it.  My question is:  Is it okay for us to sign the contract copies even though the signature will not look the same as the original document that the bank possesses?
