I601 waiver

Filled i601 waiver, Nebraska received on AUGUST 22, 2017. Haven't heard anything yet. Are any of you on the same boat? If you recently been through this, how long did it take, what's the process after this (approx dates)? I am 7 weeks pregnant hoping my husband can be back for my delivery.

I have receipt date with Nebraska for August 11, 2017. Unlike you I have not been expecting anything anytime soon 😂😂😂. I don’t know how long this thing takes, but I have been through a couple less interesting uscis cases and they take loooong. I would advise you try not to stress at this time. focus on what you currently have. Take care of yourself and unborn baby. You don’t have any control over the process, from my experience. They are workin in it. That are always workin on it, only it is at their pace .

Does the status on your uscis case status page show anything? Mine says receipt number cannot be verified till now. Strange. I haven’t seen this I the past for my very many cases😂😂

My I601 and I212 waivers were both received 8/09/2017 and I still am unable to view the receipt info.It says " receipt number cannot be verified till now" as well. However I did call USCIS in Feb 2018 and they said I still have another 7 to 8 months to wait. God bless us all on this journey

Mine was submitted December 29,  2016 and i am still waiting for response.... They are currently working on November and December 2016 submissions at the moment...
