I got 10 years green card few days back, i will be eligible to file for Naturalization in less than 2 years. I will be applying under 5 year rule.

I have some questions if somebody can help

i came here to USA on  Aug 3rd 2014 on CR1 visa and got 2 year green card.

I lived as housewife no income when husband was there.

Filed married filing jointly and i have Tax Transcripts which says Tax Period ending as Dec 31,2014 & Tax period ending as Dec 31,2015.

I lost my husband in 2015. After his death, i didnt work for one year, i tried to do some course etc so did not work almost whole of 2016. Only on Dec 23 or 24, 2016 i started work and i am working at same place till today.

1. So I did not file for tax for 2016 as i did not work. Now when i apply for Naturalization what i am suppose to do since i do not have tax documents for 2016?

I had tough time during my ROC process as i was not prepared and received RFE and was suppose to attend interview  and later got approved. So  i want the Naturalization process to go little easier and be prepared before itself. Any help is appreciated.

2.When i filed tax  they ask if i have insurance i tell them the truth and said no that i did not have health insurance for 1 year and few months but i have health insurance after that. Some people said  i will need to pay fine. But so far i never received letter from IRS telling me to pay fine. So will this affect my Naturalization process?

3. I applied for health insurance from govt and used for few months. i didnt take any other benefits from govt, only for insurance. Will this affect my Naturalization process?  I have health insurance from work place now.

Any advice on this is appreciated.Thank you.
