Hello,

My Wife's GC will expire on December 2017. We already applied for I-751 and got the extension letter. She did her biometric also. We are planning to travel back to Bangladesh for three weeks in next year April-May time frame. My wife is worried about the Bangladesh Immigration. Her question is: Do BD Immigration police know what is the purpose of the extension letter. Did anybody from BD here in VJ travel to Bangladesh with an expired green card and extension letter. It will be great if you share your experience.

Brother Arif Turzo,

I have the same concern like you. Can you share if you found any information regarding your issue. I have a plan to visit Bangladesh this year with the expired GC with Extension letter, I am worried if the airlines crew or Immigration authority refused to give me the clearance to board on the plane. I hope your answer can give me the courage to fly there.

Thanks in Advance
