So we are getting married soon, and getting our paperwork lined up for Aos. She had all medical stuff handled, all vaccines done, but says we need to go to "civil surgeon" to have docs sealed? Whats a civil surgeon?

A civil surgeon is one approved by USCIS.

I don't like to assume so I will ask instead. Did your fiancée come to the US on a K1 visa with a performed medical approved by the US Embassy as part of the process?

Happy days! Which British accent does she have? :).

As long as you file your AOS paperwork within one year of the date the medical took place, another one should not be required.

This is not necessarily  true. If she had to have vaccinations after she got to the US then they will need to go to a civil surgeon to have the paperwork filled out. OP did she have vaccines before she came to US?

Hi, I was just reading about Knightsbridge Embassy not filling out the vaccination card as part of the process (even though they were performed) and instead providing a sticker which just seems rather shoddy as USCIS then advise it is not complete. Might be worth checking it is all in order just in case.
