Help! Confused! Date of appt and police certificates??

New at this. Not sure if im k  the right place. But here goes nothing. Husbands case closed sept. 25th at nvc. Waiting on date now in Cuidad Juarez. Does anyone know how long it takes to get date? Also ive read alot about police certificates? We are in the US . How do we get these? My husband is from Mexico?

In the letter they provide it gives an address in Ciudad Mexico to obtain or someone can go with the power of attorney notarized. We received the C.C. Sept 20th. So I am planning on going myself to obtain my husbands police certificate. I cannot take any chances of him being denied for not having that.

They for sure are asking for them. Be sure to get yours. I got mine through this website (http://www.tramitesmexico.net/) because I waited until last minute and kept reading everyone saying that you do need it. I heard people getting denied at the interview until they brought this back
