YSC/Potomac SC - longer than timelines I see, RFE?

Hello everyone,

What are the odds I have an RFE coming (my online status is unchanged, I'm just worried) given that I see Potomac SC NOA1 dates of April getting approvals and ours (3/20) is still waiting?  How much variability is there normally between different NOA1 dates getting approved at the same SC? I obviously see that there are some NOA1 dates before mine still unapproved  but is that just people not updating their timelines?

As additional background info, I updated my address in July and I was NOT transferred. I originally submitted in February but we had the papers returned because I goofed up the date on the check, so the 3/20 date is our actual NOA1 date, as of the second submission after correcting the check on our I-797.

Also, how does one find out if they are subject to an RFE - does it appear online or does one only see it in the physical mail? Any way to get prepared ahead of time?

Thanks in advance for all the help :)
