Hi All,

I'm doing the N400 after marrying an American citizen (been almost 4 years now, already have my 10 year Green Card) . In Part 5 they ask for last 5 years of residence. From What date do I put when I got to the US and lived in the first place here:

1) Day I arrived to the US

2) Date of Marriage

3) Date of when I became a resident

Are they basically just asking physically where I lived regardless of status?

Thank you for the help!

They are asking you to list every address where you have lived during the last 5 years.

See the N-400 instructions:

https://www.uscis.gov/system/files_force/files/form/n-400instr.pdf

"List every address where you have lived during the last 5 years (including other countries) prior to filing your Form N-400. Start with where you live now, and then include the dates for each place you have lived in a month, day, and year format (mm/dd/yyyy). For example, type or print May 1, 1998 to June 1, 1999 as 05/01/1998 to 06/01/1999."
