Hi,

I recently completed I-130s for my siblings and their spouses and children. None of that children have their last name writen on the birth certificate. They only have first and middle name or in some cases only 2 first names.

For example if one of the kids names on the birth certificate is written like "Sara Fatima" that is Sara is first name and Fatima is middle name, and in some cases both names are part of first name only.

I made stupid mistake of writing Sara as first name and Fatima as last name on the I-130 for the children. Can this issue be fixed by including full name ( first, middle and last name)?

Would my siblings have to get birth certificates corrected for their children first? Or what is the steps needed to take?
