Minor Interview Date & Medical Exam Q's

1 post in this topic

Hi Gang,

I have done my own paperwork to bring my wife to the USA (K1) and my wife's Mom (my MIL) to the USA. Now we are bringing my wife's minor sister to USA, petitioned by my MIL.   Questions:

  1. Our application was approved.
  2. We have sent all documents for financial support
  3. USCIS sent a letter that we need to have my 2016 W2s at the interview (no problem, we will do that)
  4. Interview is set for a minor 12 years old for Oct 10, 2017

Question 1 - When should we do the St. Luke Exam?

Question 2 - What kinds of questions will they ask a minor child?

Question 3 - Should I (husband) as a co-sponsor attend this interview?

I recall on both my wife and MIL interviews we prepared for the anticipated questions.  Not sure how to do that with a kid.  Any advice?
