I had my interview and everything went smoothly. Said there was some issue with my pictures(the basic pictures they took at biometrics) and that I will need to send new pictures. She said I should receive the notice in a couple days. It has now been a month and still no notice. Is there somewhere I can call or online form I can fill out to find the status of that notice?

Most likely she forgot about it, your case must be still sitting on her desk. If I were you, I'd make an infopass, specifically ask to speak with the officer who interviewed you (her name should be written on the N-652 form) and hand her two passport photos. Hopefully that would take care of things.

that's why lots of folks would like to bring two passport photos to the interview just in case the officer says your photo at biometrics is not good enough. or they submit passport photo along with N400 forms at the very beginning of the application.

althoguh USCIS website says, only oversea citizen applicants need to submit passport photo along with N400 form.

if you will make an info, make sure to bring your new photo to the office and hand it to them.
