If you have the consulate case number, you can look at https://ceac.state.gov/ceacstattracker/status.aspx

type in your consulate case number, and should be able to see there if it is "in transit" or if it says "ready".  If it's ready, find out what is included in packet 3 for your consulate and get that prepared!

i did that today. Mine changed to "ready", so I got my packet 3 items together and emailed them to my consulate, so I didn't wait for them to send me packet 3. I'll let you know how soon I get packet 4!

Stay positive! If it says in transit, I would contact your consulate in Jerusalem and ask if they have received it otherwise? Or contact NVC if nothing else works!

good luck

It says ready, but it doesn't say what to send them. I've sent everything to my fiance and all I'm waiting on is confirmation to register for an interview appointment on the u.s. Visa- info.com Site. I hear you need to wait for a letter to confirm that it's okay to go ahead and set an appointment date otherwise you can't but my case status does say ready it's been saying ready for like 2 months

Have you sent in packet 3? Packet 4?

Honestly, if it says ready, I would contact your consulate and tell them you have been waiting two months. They should be used to receiving calls all the time because people get antsy and want to marry their significant others! No harm done in calling them or emailing them and explaining your situation! Take control of the situation
