I'm having a hard time understanding what I should do. I came from Germany and 98 when I was 10 years old I am now 30 and still have no status in the US. I have been married for 13 years now and have two kids. I am also half American from my biological father side he never signed the birth certificate because he left back to the States when he was stationed in Germany. My stepfather who is also American raised me since I was in my mom's belly he is also not on my birth certificate we were living on Military Base I do have a document stating that I born to my stepfather name is able to be seen by any Military Hospital in Europe and in the United States the document does not have an expiration date. I came here with the I-94 and passport but lost my passport all I have is to I-94 so I don't know where to go from here is there a way I can prove that I should just be granted citizenship since both my fathers are American but just aren't on my birth certificate. I would appreciate any answers and help thank you.
