I fill out my form of adjustment of status through my wife, I left in 2013 to my  country and re-enter now and I have the form i94, I need to know what kind of admission is? Travel with an advance parole by of my EAD

Is your EAD/AP card still valid? 

how did you reenter?

Who gave you the form i94? What does your form i94 say about your status?

I currently have tps and request an advance parole, but I am arranging for status adjustment because I got married, I went out with a parole and re-entered through that!!

it's still unclear to me when you submitted your AOS papers - was that in 2013? If so, 4 years seems a long time for the case to be pending.

Ok I have an EAD since 2000 I renew it every 18 months and in 2013 I left with an advance parole to my country and re-enter, a month ago I got married and now I want to do the adjustment of status but I do not understand how to fill the i485 part3  46a ??

make sure you're using the most up-to-date version of the form, since the version I looked at had as question 46 if you intended to come here with purpose of espionage - https://www.uscis.gov/i-485
