My sister entered USA on visit visa from Canada by land and was given the l-94 form at POE.

She left back to canada in time and as there is no American immigration office when exiting USA her l-94 could not be handed back to the American.she is worried of being considered overstayed . I checked her travel history on exit entry web site her entry date is recorded while her exit is not .what to do in this situation?

Any response is highly appreciated guys.

Thanks

I'm pretty sure you need to make sure they get the I-94 back. I found this online, I hope it helps: https://help.cbp.gov/app/answers/detail/a_id/752/~/i-still-have-my-i-94
