top White House aide says changing libel laws is "something we've looked at" -- echoing some of President Trump's strongest anti-media rhetoric.

Reince Priebus, the president's chief of staff, said during an interview on ABC's "This Week" on Sunday that the White House has discussed potential changes to laws that are intended to safeguard free speech.

"How it gets executed or whether that goes anywhere is a different story," Priebus said. But he added that he thinks "newspapers and news agencies need to be more responsible with how they report the news."

In that case, expect a EO with more crepe than a cow pasture to be issued, only to be blocked by the branch of government that is becoming even more important than the so-called president, only to have him moan and grown like a little kid, about how unfair the judges are.

Donald Trump has blamed the US constitution for the problems he has encountered during his first 100 days in office.

In an interview with Fox News to mark the milestone, the Republican called the system of checks and balances on power “archaic”.

“It’s a very rough system,” he said. “It’s an archaic system … It’s really a bad thing for the country.”
