Problem with Legal Name

Hi All,

So far, our Visa Journey has been smooth. We are now officially married and have our Marriage Certificate. I am putting together the I-495 Package for Adjustment of Status for my wife that is currently here on a K-1 Visa.

I have noticed that my wife's name is not consistently the same on all the forms. As you know, Vietnam will have the name as last middle first: Pham Thi Kieu Nhi. Her K1 Visa lists her Surname Pham and her given name Thi Kieu Nhi. The approved I-129F has Kieu Nhi T. Pham. Our Marriage Certificate has Kieu Nhi as her first, Thi as her middle, and Pham as her last. We just applied for her Social Security # and I believe they will be using Thi Kieu Nhi as her first name and Pham as her last, the same as her Visa.

How should I complete the rest of the applications and forms?

Will this become a problem later on?

What should I do?
