Hello guys,

new guy here. I'm currently filling out my citizenship application and I've got a couple of questions. I got my green card through my (ex)step-dad (US citizen) after he and my mother married back in 2006. He petitioned for me after they married and got my green card in 2007 when I was 12. He never adopted me, and due to some problems they got divorce in 2010, so when the application is asking if your parents were married before your 18th birthday and are US citizens, are they asking about my biological father or ex-stepfather being married to my mother? Also, my biological father is deceased and he was not a permanent resident.

Thanks for the help!
