Hello,

I am not sure if a thread is available for the December filers, but I didn't find one.  So, I will start one.

I filed an I-130 for my wife on December 26.  Form was received on December 30 and sent to the Texas Service Center (TSC).  It has been 94 days to be exact since they received my form, but I haven't heard from the USCIS.  I constantly check my case on USCIS.GOV.

My wife is living and from the Middle East (Yemen to be exact), so I am not sure if there will be an extra delay due to that.

I called to expedite my case on March 22nd, 2017 because my wife lives in Yemen (Middle East) where there is a war.  On March 24th, 2017 there was an update for my request that it was completed.  I waited 7 days then decided to call the USCIS since I didn't hear from them.  I was told an email was sent on March 24th, 2017 and I had 48 hours to respond.  I didn't receive any emails from the USCIS.  I checked my Spam/Junk, Inbox, and all the other folders and nothing was received.  I am not sure if they did this on purpose by not sending me an email.
