Status Change for Fiancé Visa

We had our interview on Jan 24th. We had to go without the medical exam as they could not give my fiancé a appointment before our interview. His medical was on Feb 3. When we left in interview in Kingston , we were told it was approved based on the medical coming back ok. Today I received a email that they received the medical & it is in administrative processing . I checked later in the day on the website & the case date changed to today's date and now it says ready. Does anyone know what that means ? It's says ready for interview & finger prints which was already done in Jan.
