Now that everything is settle and im ready to start my husband's CR1 visa process, im stuck at this G325A form. If anyone can help me on what to put on my last 5 years residence i would greatly appreciate it. Thank you so much. ???

You're over thinking this. It seems like you've already answered your question. You will need to supply postal addresses for each and every one of those locations you've listed. Since it won't fit in the table provided on the G325a form, type up your entire residential history onto a new page; be sure to copy the same table format as what you see on the G325a form. Make sure you sign the accompanying form.
