Applying for citizenship with pending replacement of lost green card

I am due to apply for citizenship but I lost my green card and applied for a replacement card.

My question is with the pending replacement of green card am i going to be required to take new biometrics for the citizenship application although i just completed them for the green card replacement?

My second concern is I have been taking trips of 5 months out side the united states and return and stay for 5 or 6 months then leave for another 5 months in the last 4 years since i become a permanent residence how is this going to affect my application. I am filing based on marriage and a permanent since 06/11/2012
