welcome everyone! it's nice to all hear from you, we're going to receive our NOA2s real soon..and let's share our experiences here..

it seems that CSC is moving faster, our expected adjudication moved from May 20 to May 18, although this is just 2 days...but this is really big for us..

Dan+Gemvita called CSC and got a live person on the line by following the menu's to inquire about an RFE and found out that they had been approved (They received a touch early last week..)

I just did the same thing and was informed by the very nice man on the phone that as of May 10th...

just thought that i should be reposting this one in this thread:

oh God!!!! this is so exciting, just checked now and we were touched!!! since feb 6, this is our first touch!! and i can't explain my feelings!! i feel butterflies in my stomach we're praying that we will receive an email from CRIS on the NOA2!! actually when i saw that it was last updated in may1, i logged off coz i thought i was still sleepy and was dreaming, then logged in again then checked the last updated date and yes!! it was really touched!! (hehe do i sound crazy?)

to all thanks for the prayers ) let's continue praying for each other because we are really getting closer

and to those going to visit their fiance, have fun with your visit !!

and guess what!!??? our touch yesterday meant something and that "something" turned into NOA2!!!!!!!!!!!!! wuhoo!!!!!!!!!! im so happy

first thing did i when i got here in the office this morning, i checked my mail and i got 2 emails from CRIS!!! when the mail was still downloading, i was holding my breath the entire time if my computer could have been slower, i could have collapsed!! and the message says:

*** DO NOT RESPOND TO THIS E-MAIL ***

The last processing action taken on your case

Receipt Number: XXXXXXXXXXX

Application Type: I129F , PETITION FOR FIANCE(E)

Current Status: Approval notice sent.

On May 1, 2007, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E). Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service.

when i read the other email, it also says the same thing...i was stunned (at this time, i was breathing already hehe) then i also checked uscis and the last updated changed to may 2 and the current status is already Approval notice sent.

i cant wait to break this news to my fiance, he's still at work right now but he will be happy in a while too

No email for me yet...but I did get another touch today....

I was hoping to have the hard copy or at least an email before I leave on Friday....but I won't complain if I don't get it

hi there, fellow Feb filers...count us in! We got our NOA2 last May 9, took 85 days...no touches.

so what's everyone doing so far after NOA2? any updates? papa fhel will be coming to Manila next week and we're quite "lazy" to do any research on what's next. we just want to enjoy the few days we have together. B)

Hi, to all

Cyril and I are still waiting since Jan 31 2007 on the approval I-129f form. I hope something happens soon........We just want to be together. I talk to my lawyer today and she said Calif service center is very slow and there is a chance it's taken so long is because in the summer of 2004 I filed I-129f for my ex and was approved in 60 days.........I law says you can file again after 2 yrs........i think they pushed us to the end of the line sucks........anybody with new let me know
